This job is a big deal! We ask that you be at least 25 years old and have a general knowledge of the area. We need you available to run errands for crew and do airport runs if we have speakers coming in this day.
You will be helping the team get setup for the conference (no attendees). We need help setting up the workshop rooms, the store, green room, sponsor tables etc.
This volunteer must be 25 years old and have a general knowledge of the area. You will be picking up speakers from hotel and airport as well and general errands for personnel on the team (coffee runs, meds, supplies etc)
This volunteer will help with setting up all areas at the venue such as workshop rooms, green room, signage, store, and more.
Our partners are important to us, so this role would only take care of our sponsors. This role will help sponsors get checked in, help them find their booth, answer questions, make sure they have everything they need and more.
This role is vital to SALT. You will be responsible for checking in attendees, greeting attendees, answering questions about class locations and more.
This volunteer help get our store ready for attendees. You will make sure the store is stocked, looks organized, do inventory etc.
This volunteer is responsible for hosting our special guests. You will help in keeping the green room tidy, well stocked with drinks and snacks and be available to accept catering orders.
This volunteer role makes sure key areas of the venue are organized and ready for show. This includes communicating with the venue manager on room setups, janitorial needs, making sure the beverage and snack stations are stocked and more.
This role is vital to SALT. You will be helping to check in attendees, greet attendees, answer questions about the schedule and helping with other key events.
This volunteer will be in charge of all store activity during the conference. You will handle the exchange of money and credit card information, count inventory, keep the store organized. You will assist attendees with purchases and answer questions.
This volunteer will help with setting up additional workshop rooms and lunch location and placing signage.
